Playdale’s Easter Egg Hunt 2026
Join us on Easter Sunday & Monday for our egg hunt! On your way around the farm keep your eyes peeled as the Easter Bunny has been out and about hiding emu eggs with some of the animals. There is a letter on the side of each egg, unscramble the letters to spell out the secret farm word. Once you’ve figured out the secret word, give your answer to the person in the shop for a special Easter gift!
Easter egg hunt will run Easter Sunday and Monday (April 5th & 6th) including a free Easter prize for children aged 2-10
Easter New Borns
It isn’t Easter without new life and what better place to find it than on the farm. Our ewes are due to give birth from at the start of the Easter holidays so we will have plenty of new born lambs to see this Easter, if you’re lucky you might even see a birth.
As always we will have newly hatched chicks to hold in our daily chick handling sessions!
Playdale’s Pumpkin Patch is back!
October 24th – 31st October 2026
Returning for its 5th year this October is Playdale’s Pumpkin Patch!
Join us at Playdale’s Pumpkin Patch this half term, take a walk round the haunted patch to find your perfect pumpkin and get carving in our spooky carving shed!
The mini ghost hunt is on! While you’re making your way around the farm keep your eyes peeled for the cheeky ghosts hiding amongst the animals… find them all for a little treat!
Plus all the usual activities for a jam packed day out including:
Guinea pig and chick handling
Feed our friendly farm animals
Get racing on the pedal go karts and summer sledges, keep the competition going on the frisbee golf course
Indoor play or outdoor play? How about both! Indoor soft play, pedal tractors, straw barn and more
FREE pumpkin for children aged 2-15 yrs, additional pumpkins can be purchased at farm admission desk
